Procedures Manual

Cleaning your Workstation

Every stylist must clean his or her workstation. The following steps should be taken at the end of every shift.

Collect all of the equipment used during the day.

In the workroom, find the sterilizing solution marked "All-Clean."

Pour the "All-Clean" into the sterilizer jar with your name.

Immerse non-electrical tools in the solution. Add more solution to cover tools, if needed.

Wipe electrical tools with a dry cloth.

Put all tools in their proper place inside the cabinet.

Remove all other objects from your workstation.

Use the disinfectant in the yellow spray bottles to clean all surfaces. Wipe with a cloth.

Sweep the floor around your station.
