TJELABS DRUG FREE WORKPLACE POLICY


Drugs and alcohol have been shown to impair worker performance and judgement. Given the nature of our work, drugs in the workplace would create danger for employees and problems for our clients. For that reason, employees may not:

- Possess drugs or alcohol on TJELabs grounds

- Come to work while affected by drugs or alcohol

- Use drugs or alcohol while representing TJELabs


Drug Testing

TJELabs may conduct drug and alcohol tests at any time, for any reason. Employees may not refuse a drug test.


Disciplinary Action

Employees who violate any part of this policy will be disciplined. Discipline may include immediate termination. Employees fired for drug and alcohol violations will not be rehired at any TJELabs office.
