Welcome to your new job as a pharmacist in our drug store. Your previous work as a physician's assistant contributed significantly to you being offered this position.

The main duties of your new position include reviewing prescriptions that have been written by doctors and dispensing the medications to patients. You will also counsel patients regarding dosage so that they know exactly when and how much of the medication to take. You'll explain storage methods of the medication. For instance, some medications must be kept at room temperature and others in the refrigerator. You will also need to explain side effects that patients should watch for when they take their medication.
